Without a proper approach to food and hydration, any form of fitness training will be ineffective. That’s why it’s important to get it right. After listening to your diet history, Roland will come up with a diet plan that’s realistic for you. You will be asked to keep a daily food diary, so your progress can be monitored and changes made as necessary.
