Roland integrates nutrition and fitness to work for your lifestyle. Duration.

It is recommended to have sessions for a minimum of 18 weeks to reach goals. Your personalised programme can include workouts that you can do without Roland at other times of the week. If you prefer a more intensive programme, you can opt for 3 or 4 sessions per week.

 

Location.

Roland offers personal training in Edinburgh/West End. Sessions, however, can take place wherever is convenient for you: at your home. Roland will travel to your house, where you can have even more privacy.

Equipment.

Equipment you can expect to use during training sessions:

  • BOSU® Balance Trainer – essentially half an exercise ball with a solid base, excellent for cardiovascular work and core training 

  • Dumbbells – gradual or fast transition from the lightest to the heaviest weights

  • Foam Roll – used to improve flexibility and core strength

  • Kettlebells – ranging from eight to 24 kilograms, kettlebells are a great way to really challenge yourself and get into great shape

  • Medicine Balls – weighted balls, which are fun and functional, used to increase agility and core strength

  • Resistance Bands – these add variety and greater challenge to traditional weight training programmes

  • TRX® Suspension Trainer – the TRX is a functional way to use your body weight and great for increasing core strength

  • ViPR – ViPR stands for vitality, performance and reconditioning, which is exactly what you get with this tool
