Roland Oertel began with the vision to create a results-driven, flexible and realistic personal training service. Based on his own experience and drawing on his qualifications, Roland follows a personal training fitness system that relies as much on common sense and intuition as on his scientific knowledge of the way the body works. Roland has been teaching and training people for several years and enjoys endurance sports.

Responding to your life commitments

By asking the right questions, Roland creates individualised personal training programmes, taking account of your work and home schedule, physical condition and goals. The priority is to make sure you get a personalised plan that’s practical and achievable and allows you to enjoy yourself while you’re working out and getting in shape.

Adapting sessions to each day

One of the most important principles Roland works with is meeting you exactly ‘where you’re at’ on any given day. He understands that what might work well on one day might not work so well on another. This flexible way of working means he's always giving you the work-out that will challenge you best on the day.
