I have worked with Roland throughout 2014 as I was seeking a personal trainer who could help me reach my goals of improved fitness, weight loss and keep me motivated to ensure I included exercise as component part of my busy weekly schedule.

Over and above the exercise, Roland was also able to provide excellent information and advice on nutrition and created a diet plan which I followed and that has really helped me also.
